  Do you have a friend that can drive you or another relative? If you are a child, I hope you are not being left alone or surrounded by drunks. Please seek help locally. I am sure there is a neighbor, teacher, preacher, someone that can help.

  There are places in your area to help. Check with the courts. If it is an abusive situation there are places like SafePlace, Inc that can help get you out of the sitation, find a job, home, etc. Check with local churches also. There are jobs out there. It may not be what you want or pay what you think you are worth but it is something. It doesn’t have to be permanent but it will help get you buy.

  It does vary from state to state. Go to the judge and explain the situation. I have heard of people running ads in the public notice section of the paper filing for divorce. If spouse doesn’t respond then the divorce is finalized. Check with your attorney for all options. Show the judge the letters, etc. It will only strengthen your case.

  Whether you went to the graveside or not, please know that your mother’s spirit is always with you. Find a place that was special to you both, a place of meaning, it doesn’t matter if it was just an object–a favorite pillow, necklace, blanket; whatever. Hold it, cherish it, smell it, think of her and talk to her. She will listen.

  The pain you feel must be so unbearable. But, please take the time to think this through. Do not be rash, no matter how bad things are for you you can make then much worst for those that you love and love you. Please, ask for help. Those that love you most will be there for you at all costs. Think of those you love and love you. If you truly love them, you will not want to cause them pain. And, they do not want to see you in such pain. Please talk to someone. If you do not have anyone, go to the doctor, call a minister, sit quietly in your favorite place and talk to the Lord. When no one else is there, He is! No matter if you speak the words aloud or silently, He is always listening. Please consider all your options. I am sure you will find that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. God Bless!
