  Most of you people are to excited or pumped up to sleep. Iam that way sometimes. Read a book or watch a good love story on TV. Anything that will help.
  If it is really bad see a Doctor for a light sleeping pill.

  I would see a dietician, she will put you on having a balanced diet. Cut out the junk food, and keep exercising. That is what I did. I lost 25 pounds doing what my dietician told me.

  Having a pet sure helps the mind for an elderly person, whether it is a man or woman. It relaxes them and gives the person a piece of mind knowning he or she has to take care of the pet.
  I think men usually feel more relaxed with a dog, and a lady more comfortable with a cat.

  Please see a Dermatologists, they are experts in there field. They will tell u if u have acne or some skin problem then help you.
  
  Don’t ever go to the grocery store and try something from the counter. As from the letter above, all medications take some time.
