I should be happy and enjoy life - but I don’t. posted (2 years, 6 months) ago
The recent thing that really scares me - I don’t have any wishes, I don’t want anything …
It’s OK to feel lost and alone, you just haven’t had a chance to meet the right group of people to connect with, but they are out there waiting to meet you. First of all - take a look at what you like, what qualities you have and what interests you. It is easier to make friends with people who are similar to you. Find a group that answers your interests - look on Meetup.com, or throgh school or community. sign up to volnteer somewhere - it will help you feel connected and get your confidence up. Take small steps - little action will lead to greater confidence. Be open, believe that you have so much to offer and allow people to get closer to you. start a small tradition - like a pancake breakfast on Saturdays or any other continuos event that you can invite people to join you once you start meeting new people. You will have to push yourself outside your worries and shy feelings, stop thinking that people don’t want to be friends with you, think positive. and don’t give up when things don’t happen right away - friendship takes time and effort, so just keep working on it.

What you are feeling is the crippling unhealthy shame and guilt. Wanting to be with other men is not ideal, but it’s no reason to hate yourselt and wish youself dead. Wanting something different, more then we have - is an absolutelly normal desire, this is what motivates people, inspires us. You have so much passion and so much love inside you, you have desires, passions, dreams. Be honest with yourself, what do you want from life? What makes you happy? If you are happy with your husband and want to stay together, maybe this is a goot time to shake things up, bring in some excitment and romance, spice things up. Always follow your heart, and live your life with excitement and joy.

there are many websights that have volunteer opportunities, even the ones you can do from home. One of them is www.volunteermatch.org, www.idealist.org, www.serve.gov, etc. You can google volunteer opportunities in your town. Also if you can’t find something you love - you can always create your own project! Gather together some friends to help you, brainstorm some ideas on what you can do - and get to work!

You might just have dry skin on your head, do you have dandruff? Try using a conditioner if you are not using one right now. Also keep the water as cool as possible when washing your hair, this will help not dry your skin and ease the itching.

it’s beatiful. Some very strong feelings and pain behind it. It’s good if writting helps you release some pain. Don’t hold it in, it will only eat you from the inside.

It would be the same place where you find friends… what are you interested in? Have you tried going to any groups on meetup.com or volunteering somewhere? It will be easier if you and your future girlfriend have things in common, so try to get out and enjoy things you like, be open to meeting new people.
