Dear Puck, I am very very sorry for you going through this. The only thing I can tell you is, meditate. It helped my dad. It isn’t the same thing you are going through but he had back surgery, and his apendix removed. before and after every surgery he would meditate. I know this sounds silly and unbelievable but he would picture red and blue energies. Red being pain and bad in his body. He would picture it leaving. Then he would picture Blue entering his body. It would calm him down and make him feel better. Now he doesn’t do that anymore and his back is giving him lots of pain.
I do this when my boyfriends head hurts. He gets bad migraines. I simply place my hand on his head and picture the same thing except giving him my blue energy. He says it helps him :) idk if he is being honest or nice lol.
I really do hope you feel better hun try meditating and seeing the red in your body leave, you will know when to start picturing the blue to come. You can do this everyday before bed or when you wake up :)
Just remember you are a strong person that can and will get through this!!! :D

trust me I have grown up in a house with parents that only married because of children, it was miserable, depressing, sad, and I still have haunting images and bad dreams, and I am 19 years old and my parents split when I was 8.
It is better for a child to not be around that. You may think marriage is the best thing to do, but it’s not. It makes things much more complicated and painful especially for any children involved.
Plus if/when a split up actually happens for good it hurts MUCH worse than if parents never had been together.
Which would you rather have, a child in a positive environment in two separate homes? Or a child that cries all the time, doesn’t know what love means, grows up thinking that fighting and rudeness is the right way to love???

You are right, they are never easy. And people are stupid and insensitive… All I have to say is, it doesn’t matter how long ago it was the loss of something that you created hurts and probably always will because you will think what if why me things like that…
I know how it feels to lose a baby that never got to see this world. Keep your head up and know that maybe it just wasn’t the time and that your baby is in a great place right now.
