  you are not dumb for thinking that. if she had feelings for him still then she would have talked to him, i know i have done it before. i don’t think you have anything to worry about. just keep on trusting her and things will be ok. i don’t think you should worry about that.

  thankyou to all that have helped and i do plan on getting it done through a lawyer but i am hoping to come to agreements before seeing a lawyer and that is why i was asking. he will not see the baby till i get custody cause him and his girlfriend are threatening to take the baby from me and they know they can keep it as long as i don’t have custody. i plan on my lawyer mailing him the papers to sign. thanks again.

  i just went through one in the same situation. yes if he or she finds out then yes you can risk your child. wait till the divorce is final. how long has it been since you have pushed the paperwork through the court? it took my divorce 4 or 5 months to get finished since the day i filed. you can lose your child so wait!!!
