two things to say… yes i don’t see the point in swearing an oath because i don’t see how that would really stop people from lying and, referring to wat u said about lie detectors, it has been proved that lie detectors are unreliable because it really just depends on whether or not u can cope with stress and this will be different for everyone.

exercise more… i’ve heard someone say that this helps u sleep better because it means that ur body will make u sleep so that it can have the chance to recover… i don’t know if i should but i like running about an hour before bed and as soon as i wake up… try it. also avoid eating anything at least two hours before sleeping and make the last thing you eat of the day a carbohydrate because it helps u relax… hope this helps :p

wow… i can’t tell u how many times this question has been asked…’how did u find out about help.com’!
i had a whole pile of work to do one day with a very little time margin and it was really late… i was on the internet and panicking and so i randomly typed in help.com and voila… here i am! i wasn’t really looking for help as in an answer to a question… i just didin’t know how to get all of my work done.

Just say the stuff within the quotation marks to someone… i know it doesn’t make sense just reading it but if the person does the joke the way they should u will laugh ur head off. and no mysticmo, i am not high.

Look girl, u are not a piece of **** at all. if u continue to wallow in this pit of self pity u are just going to end up making urself feel worse and worse. Go and join AA, find a counseller and do things that u enjoy to make u feel positive about urself and life. u are here on earth for a reason and it’s not worth u throwing ur life away like that. ur husband has stayed with u for so long because he knows that u are worth more than u think and u know that he loves u. get some self confidence back and try to do something meaningful with ur life. u are better than u think! good luck!

LOL steven! how old are u? i just suppose it varies from person to person. you seem quite young-crushes will probably manifest themselves sometime in ur teens… lol… i’ve had quite a few too. who knows… maybe a guy has a crush on u!

i agree, but i think that in the case of those born without any one of their senses it is easier to adapt because u have never known what exactly it was u were missing. it is true that at some point or another all of us complain about something not really worth commplaining about and that in our materialistic and comfort orientated society even the most trivial things upset us… hope u have a great life too. ;P
