i have an anxiety disorder. so i have anxiety attacks alot.. so just calm down.. and breathe and it will be okay.. try seeing a therapist.. have some one to talk to.. I hope my reply helps some

i know what your going through. i was addicted too.. i still have urges to cut.. but see i got put into a mental/behavioral unit for burning my leg to a third degree.. like one of the replys..its not worth it.. i know thats hard to think.. but its still hard for me.. if you need to talk about it more shout me… The person that died.. would she want you to cut? i dont think so.. i believe she would want you to be happy and not cry over her.. because you will see her again one day… be happy… think about her life, not her death.. holla sum time
