  This is true Beans, but the point stand that most places, such as librys need you to be a memeber before you can use the computers, and they need an adress to sign up. Furthermore, i was trying to gage were in the country this person is, i just wanted to be a bit more tactful then to say “well if ur here i can help you other wise tough cheese”
