  Hey there. A good indication of this is your Body Mass Index, or BMI, calculated by dividing your body weight in kilograms by the (height in metres) squared, and the easy way of doing this is using a website such as http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmi-m.htm, where you just input the figures.
  
  BMI Categories:
  
  Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  Overweight = 25-29.9
  Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
  
  Your BMI is only 18.9, which is at the lower end of the Normal range, and this is a very good thing for your health. So physically you’re fine.
  
  If you ‘feel’ fat though, it give you some comfort eating more healthily or exercising more regularly, although there is no need to go on a diet or try to lose weight. You’re fine as you are.

  LEGAL:
  Hardware route: Tv tuner card; USB stick
  (Both will require aerials)
  (If you live in the UK a TV license would be required, unless your computer is a laptop and is not plugged into the wall, ie running on batteries)
  Software route: iTunes does videos, many companies (eg BBC, channel 4) offer their shows ‘On-demand’, but you will have to pay for each episode you watch. Some companies will legally allow you to watch some episodes free. Channel 4, for example, usually allow the first episode of a series to be downloaded free.
  (Usually software will need to be installed, though the BBC has a few dedicated channels on YouTube which allow some programmes to be watched free without any software download)
  
  ILLEGAL:
  Downloading from p2p networks, which is not usually advisable as it makes your computer vulnerable to viral attack.
  
  GREY AREA:
  There are many sites which link to video content which they do not host, being merely a website full of links to find the shows. These include:
  www.alluc.org
  www.peekvid.com
  www.jellotv.com
  These are not strictly illegal as they do not host any content, and they contain links to thousands of shows and movies.
