Depends where you live. Which country?
Very right. In the lovely UK we have to buy a thing called a TV licence which costs a bit and if you watch TV online, you can get fined. However if you are over 75 years old it’s free. LOL
In Switzerland we have to pay a general “TV and/or Radio Reception Tax” (CHF 293.25 for TV only, which is about £180). But it covers all kind of devices.
Similar in the UK. For yours £145.50 you may watch color TV on TV device, computer, laptop, mobile phone or DVD/video recorder.
So you’ll have some “free” broadcasts in the Internet like:

Yes Zirbel we are paying £145.50 and much of it is total nonsense and repeats. Isn’t worth it at all. In fact I hardly watch TV, spent more time on the internet. Hope you guys in Switzerland are getting your money’s worth. Bet you’re not. LOL!

Could you please, please call, text or email either Breanna, Desiree, Gabo, Garo or your mum before you make any big decisions tonight? If not them, then try the helpline number to the right of this screen.

I forgot to mention, if 20 minutes is too much to start, work up to it ie a 5 minute walk for one week, then 10 the next etc. Walking is a great exercise to get you fit for other activities and it WILL help you with your fatigue. But you must look serioulsy at your diet, if you are eating the wrong foods, like crisps (potatoe chips) biscuits (cookies), sweets (candies) you are not going to get the results. I hope you have been given good sensible diet advice.

The best cheapest and most effective exercise in the world is walking, walking walking. Find yourself an intersting route, in the daytime of course and somewhere safe and walk. If you can, try to break into a run, if not, just keep walking. Walking at a moderate speed for about 20 minutes burns around 125 calories and that is good. Get yourself a good pair of trainers (sport shoes) and move your arms briskly whilst you walk, try not to carry anything with you like a bag. You will burn off the extra fat and not have the stress of having to find a coordinating track suit to join a gym. Try and get a friend to go with you, if not, get a walkman and have fun, but keep safe.
I do two 20 minute walks a day and this combined with a sensible diet is working. I’m losing weight but I still have some to go. Good luck and take this seriously, it’s long term and exercise has to be part of your life for the whole of your life.

Give your little brother the best Christmas he’s had so far. He is blessed to have you love him so much and you are blessed to have him to love. Remember, one day that little boy is going to be an uncle to your kids and a father and a husband and all that. Enjoy him at 8.
