  Hello love. I am from Australia, so unfortunately can not help with the organizations but I do understand what it is like to be walking on egg shells in a relationship. I could not do a thing right at all. He hit once, and the other abuse to me (and in front of our then baby) was constant belittling. He did not care that baby was crying from his yelling at me. I hated every day at the time when I saw his car pull in the drive for I knew he would be at me straight away with the nagging! Even though you feel frightened, you must know you are making the correct decision for yourself AND your children. I do not believe he would get custody of any of the children (you say he may want the eldest with him) I think you have to look at what needs to be done RIGHT NOW. TRY and take away the emotions for the moment and look at this as a JOB that HAS TO BE DONE. You can do what I did for years and say to yourself I make the move after his b’day, after easter, after fathers day , etc, etc, but unfortunately the situations very often do not change. We have got to be the strong one and be the one to make the change and no more procrastinating. This is the hardest thing darling I know. I am a little concerned as to why you are waiting on what HIS next move is.(?) These type of men rarely make one, because they are cowards, so would be better focusing on what you are doing. Work out a plan my love, this is a job that has to be done. All my love EGx

  I just finished reading your last post (invite to) and was concerned for you sister.
  Now, she has had a miscarriage - I am most sorry megan :(
  I really like what mums has suggested with a card.
  Unfortunately, there is not much else you can do, other than offer yourself to her WHEN or IF she needs you darling. This is the best gift to give her right now, and not to take it personally if she wants no-one near her. This is her time to grieve in her way. You will be grieving in a different way, too.   Do you really need to keep checking on fb? If this is causing upset, I say, stay away!
  Pursue the drama. Though they have not got back to you, there is nothing to stop you from heading over to them in person (this will show your keenness)
  Please don’t cry. Listen to uplifting music and walk often. Exercise gets the good feeling chemicals going in the brain. Eat healthy and often, too… fresh fruits and veg and of course drink water (recommended is 2 litres a day)
  The only person that can truly make you happy, is you…all else shall follow. It’s not fair to rely on others to do this for us…not really. They will come into our lives and bring us happiness, when we have found this for ourselves.

  Well I say you go with your heart on this. Live for now, live for your dreams for we never know what tomorrow brings. We can over think things too much and procrastinate and what for - to delay what it is we want to try?

  Most sad to read what you’re friend attempted yet surely was a turning point for her. We do become carried away with our own lives and forget to check up on how others are doing, unintentionally, but it is most important. You are a beautiful soul, hopelikefire and I believe with all my heart only good can come for you.
  I have a song on my profile, called Touch - Reach Out and it is for this very reason. We all must try and be there for one another more now than ever before. These are trying times but also where massive transformations are taking place in the world and peoples lives and within.
  If we can all come together, surely it makes day to day living easier and more enjoyable.
