  yeah i’ve checked those, are those little pyramids actually the molecular structure of steel? I thought they were refering to the material its rendering in. But is the molecular structure of steel a pyramid shape?

  First off i want to say im not a personal trainer so take what i say with a grain of salt.
  First off STRETCH, for abbs and back best thing is lay on your back on something soft, like your bed. Point your toes down straight, point them up twords your head. Bend your leg up into your chest (still on your back by the way) untill its tight or you start to feel the stretch in your back. To really get the stretch into your back you can SLOWLY push your knee twords the opposite shoulder, but your only need to move it a couple inches to get the stretch.
  Now for your abbs honestly one of the best things is crunches and elevated crunches. Lay on your back and bring your knees up so they are about 90 degree angle from your body, now pull with your abbs up twords your knees. You should only be bringing your body up off the ground about 3 inches. MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR NECK STRAIGHT, dont bent it.
  Now if your going to work your abbs you need to work your lower back too otherwise you can cause unnatural curving in your spine. So to work your lower back you can do an elevated crunch.

  that shows with legs in the air, but a couch works too if your lazy ;). Go to a couch and lay down in front of it, put your legs up on the couch and your butt agains the foot of the couch. Same technique as before, neck straight, about 3 inches off the ground but now instead of letting yourself fall to the ground, resist the fall. Hold the crunch longer, it’ll work your abbs better AND your lower back will hold you up strengthening it too.
  If you want to try to isolate just your back, isometrics are really good. Lunges are fantastic too.
