  If it was not fully attached yet, transfer of the Lyme Disease organism would not have occurred. The pictures do not show the pit that would be expected if the tick had been fully attached.
  
  For those of you who might have similar question: If it was fully attached, was it engorged? Do you have a general idea how long the tick was attached? It takes approximately 24 hrs of attachment for transfer to occur.
  
  How do I know this? I teach about Lyme Disease and other diseases that humans can get from ticks, mosquitoes, flies, fleas, etc.!

  Your weight may well be in a normal range for your height, age, bone structure, and physical activity (both amount and type). An obsession with your weight can cause you to develop eating disorders (anorexia [not eating] or bulimia [eating, but making yourself vomit afterwards]) that can cause serious damage to your body and mind, and even kill you.
  
  How tall are you? you can go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and calculate your Body Mass Index, or BMI. If the result puts you in the normal range, you might want to talk to your doctor, school counselor, or a trusted older friend or relative (who is not concerned about her weight!) about why you see yourself as “fat”.
  
  Your age: If you have not gone through a major growth spurt in the last couple of years, your body may be getting ready to do so. It takes a lot of energy and material to lengthen bones, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. It is not uncommon to put on weight just before a growth spurt.
  
  Your bone structure: Do you have light thin bones or thick heavy bones? You may be carrying the right amount of muscle mass for your bone structure - you do NOT want to look like a skeleton!!!
  
  Physical activity - I was involved in a lot of sports and some manual labor (taking care of horses) when I was a teenager, and weighed more than some of the guys in my classes who were the same height as or a bit taller than me. I had very little fat, and pretty darn good-looking muscles!!! Later, with lots of manual labor running a small farm, doing horse logging, orchard maintenance, etc., I got up to 145 lbs (I’m about 5′7″). Now, I do very little of that kind of work, I weigh about 145 lbs, and I don’t have great-looking muscles! But I do have some extra fat!

  Adrianna is right, but I’d like to add that your first two questions are extremely vague.
  
  “What [are] the kangaroo’s body systems?” Well, it is a vertebrate, and it is a mammal, so it has to have all the systems common to other vertebrates and mammals (including us!). It is also a marsupial (pouched mammal), so it has characteristics/structures/development exclusive to marsupials.
  
  What do you mean, “how does it work?”? Same as other mammals, like us.
  
  “What is its niche?” It depends on what species you are asking about, but you can certainly, as Adrianna suggested, google the appropriate search terms and get LOTS of information.
  
  If you are supposed to be writing a paper on kangaroos for a class or presentation, please do not expect folks to just provide you with the answers. You need to learn how to do your own information/literature search, pull the relevant facts from the material, and present them in a well-organized, understandable format. Once you have collected source material and read it, if you have specific questions, please feel free to contact me - but I will likely want to read what you have written before answering!!
