Hi Florence. I realize you haven’t been here in a long time. Just wanted to say that you were always a kind and caring person in your replies, and I miss you.
There are already 68 comments on the story on the website of The Daily Mail which you linked to. I think this provides a much better spectrum of ideas and opinions than would be possible on here.
The post is still visible to users who, and if they wish to comment they can add to the plethora already on the Daily Mail website.
Hi Sweetie!
No I have not been more free, rather the opposite.
I was worried and stressed before, but happy.
My gf and I had 9 hours time difference, so my sleep was suffering a lot.
Now I am the happiest guy ever, and I am relaxed.
Thetr is no longer any time difference - my gf is here with me.
Because of that, I will (soon) have more time to talk.
I hope that you are doing fine.
Hugs!
I didn’t want to take over the persons post talking about nuns, but I did want to comment.
I don’t think it is unpure for a woman and a man to date. I do not think it would be unpure for a nun to marry and have a healthy sexual relationship with her husband.
I understand that the nuns are suppose to dedicate their lives to the church and that is part of why they do not want them to marry. But I think people can be dedicated to God or the their church and still have happy healthy married life.
I have a friend who is a Catholic priest. and I just don’t like the can’t get married part of his life. I feel sad for him.
Omg Flo!! it’s been soo long! almost.. 3 years I think! I’m so sorry it went that way it’s just that life became so busy for me.. of course I didn’t forget you either, I’ll try to use my old msn again, we’ll meet there at some moment I’m sure :). I hope it’s not too late to say: Haaaappy birthday!! ;) hugs
I know you would prefer face to face but this site has some wonderful people on it. You can chat with them about this, I’m sure they would be more than full of ideas for you, and most are from help.com anyway.
I’m a social phobic so I don’t like being around people, but there’s a huge social void in my life that’s almost worse than socializing with people.
So I understand your dilemma and it’s great that you try so hard make a balanced and fulfilling life.
I didn’t mean to imply that you don’t suffer, I was just noticing that your symptoms are a bit different than my sons in that you crave social interaction and you’re brave enough to get out there and mix with people to get it, even though it’s stressful.
well i tell you something,
he followed his passion and that got him a managerial position where he has to talk to LOTS of people, and teach classes sometimes.
I don’t think he’d be able to do it if it wasn’t about his passion.
What do you love to do or learn about?
If you follow that and meet other people interested in the same thing you automatically love talking to that person because it’s about your favorite subject.
That’s what I’d do if I wanted (god forbid) to make friends. ;)
yeah so does he.
He’s 23 this july.
how old are you?
have you looked for any aspergers support forums?
I used to go to an adhd board that had an aspergers section. O.o it’s a shoot-off of adhd i guess? Or a common tag-along disorder maybe.
I am so totally fed-up with colour charts, because I miss a true standardization of them.
I work with Jotun colours, named Jxxxx, but when supplied by Reichholds (Norpol brand), there are five digits instead of four. Then there is the NCS S colour charts, and sometimes only NCS (the second “S” is for those which are more common). The NCS naming system takes care of ALL possible colours. Then there is the most common, the RAL Standard chart, but it’s kind of limited. So they have also RAL Effect, and RAL Design, the latter comprising more that 1600 colours. Those RAL charts are all included in RAL Digital, which is application plug-ins so that PhotoShop and similar applications can include them. Which is totally useless, because colours don’t get real on screens.
On top of that, we use Ashland Instint colour charts, which have to be manually mixed by all other agents than the Ashland suppliers.
I guess that the root of our problem is with the architects, because it seems like they think it is a personal failure to use a colour which has ever been used before, anywhere.
lol
This link may be even better http://www.artrage.com/artragetutoria…
Because there are tutorials, showing what they are doing with the application.
So that you don’t waste energy downloading it, if you don’t find it interesting.
A bit funny - I have had some applications from about the time you were born. Like Aldus PageMaker 1.0 (Now known as Adobe PageMaker). I have updated it and used it during all these years, but I never read the manuals.
A printing office would probably think I do things in odd ways because of not knowing all shortcuts, but I can at least create whatever I want with it.
Some applications are harder to handle like that, e.g. AutoCad. But I still started the same way, and then looked for references when I got stuck.
Hehe, I am similar. That is why I have a Mac - everything is easier on a Mac than on a PC. I hate instructions and manuals, I want it to work from start.
I hope you’re OK. See you later! Hugsxx
