The account you're trying to view is currently disabled pending verification.
An account owner can choose to disable their account, but typically an account is disabled because the owner never verified their signup email address.
When you first use Help.com, we ask for an email address so that you may post, reply, and perform many other actions. Using that email, we create a temporary user account for you. If, after 24 hours, you don't verify that email account (we send you an email with a link to do so), then we disable access.
We can send a new verification email to you. However, if you used a bogus email address or can no longer recall which email address you did use, there is no redress for this account. We're very sorry, but you'll have to logout and start a new account with a valid email address.
