  Tips:
  -Make your bedroom as dark as possible. Any small bit of light will keep your mind alert.
  
  -Don’t have a TV on. It will just distract you, especially if it is a program you like. You will be tempted to watch it.
  
  -If you have music on, put it VERY low, so that you have to be silent and still to hear it. I would reccommend putting on a harmony radio, not a rock or pop channel.
  
  -Don’t read or play on your phone or computer. This will just keep your brain ready for action.

  I used to get bullied really badly. Then I told my mum and thought she didn’t care. Tell an adult! Maybe tell your mum or dad or a sibling. Tell them everything. Trust me, you will feel a lot better afterwards. Give whoever you tell the bullies’ names and they can tell your school. If you tell your school they should be able to (my school done it for me) get them in a room with you and talk and sort it out. Tell them the whole truth. Good luck! :) P.S. Remember to keep smiling. Suicide is NOT the way to solve a problem!
