  i have taken this week off work and i also went along the coast a bit today and walked along the beach with a friend which made me feel a little more relaxed and it was really sunny and not too cold (for scotland anyway) so it was pretty good!

• I feel very isolated from people around me, especially friends, because at some point in time they all pause and look at me and say, You are so weird!
  

  i know exactly what you mean when you say you feel everyone who knows you knows a different part of you. i feel the same way. you aren’t weird. do you feel the need to please others ever at all? sometimes i think thats why everyone seems to know a different part of me. if that makes sense?
  with your mood swings, i have the same thing also. im either really high or really low and i talked to my doctor about it and he referred me for some counselling rather than pills (im not sure why, because personally i would rather take pills at the moment). maybe talking to your doctor would be the best idea, you dont have to take pills. there are other options
