  Honey you are perfect just the way you are - and I will tell you why. This body, its only a vessel. There is so much more to you than flesh and skin, I bet you could tell me many things that you are very talented and able at - much more so than so called abled body folk. Your disability does not limit you in the sense that you are still here still fighting this fight called life - you’ve been given a second chance and are a lot stronger this time around and a lot stronger than most of us because I bet you have had to deal with a lot of jerks like that on a daily basis since your accident. You dont owe any body any excuse for the way you are or permission for being here. This crazy mixed up varied and beautiful world we live in has a special place in it for all of no matter what shape we come in.

  There are as many ways to become fair as there are to destroy your soul which is what you would be if you try to do that:
  
  Overcoming Inferiority Complex
  Positive thinking is essential for the development of a good personality. Discard all the negative thoughts and replace them with optimistic ones. You should think about yourself as well as the people around you, in a positive light.
  People often feel inferior for the things lacking in them. To overcome the complex, you need to concentrate on your positive attributes, rather than regretting about what you do not have. Write down all the things that you like about yourself, on a piece of paper, and make the most of them. Remember, no one in this world is perfect.
  Physical appearance often triggers inferiority complex in people and leads to a lack of self confidence. If you feel that you look less attractive than others, groom yourself. Improve your dressing sense and wear clothes that flatter your body structure. This will boost your self confidence and make you feel pleased about yourself. You would not feel inferior to others, when you score on your good looks!
  The lack of proficiency also makes one feel inferior to others. If you are in the same situation, then you need to concentrate on improving your skills. Develop your aptitude. Keep yourself updated about the events happening around you. If you are more talented, at least equally skilled, than others, you won’t feel inferior at any point of time.
  Some people enjoy degrading others. They deliberately wish to hurt and humiliate other people, in order to feel superior about themselves. If you are surrounded by such people, learn to handle them. Answer them back confidently. Remember, you should not let anyone hurt your self esteem.
  Every person is gifted in at least one way. Give time to yourself. Explore your talents and try to improve them. This will build up your self esteem and make you feel good about yourself, banishing the inferiority complex.
  Last, but not the least, learn to be happy and enjoy life to the fullest. Smile whenever you can. Do not frown. Do things that you enjoy. This will help you a great deal in overcoming inferiority complex.

I usually have things to keep my mind busy every day…I notice when I have the time to think I feel that emptiness. Is that what you were describing? I feel like I have ahuge hole in my chest. For me I find a hot bath, reading, a walk, talking with a friend can help calm my nerves. Just do things to relax you. Don’t go out or try to cover it.   Yes that is how I feel. In the quit moments when no ones around. Sometimes I lie my own company but sometimes theres an aching emptiness that throbs was than tooth ache. My heart burns.

  I dont think I like your tone - just because I express an opinion as you invited me o do does not give you a right to jump down my throat, my little internet warrior. Most not all societies are male dominated. There is actually tribes in Africa that are female dominated - so maybe its you that should get your facts right before you speak “my friend”. In the societies that practice FGM it is usually the womans role to raise and thus educate the children. As a woman she has a responsibility to other women to put an end to this by educating her children male and female that this is wrong and not to perpetuate the ill practices of the past. To weed something out you must start at the root, it is far easier raise a child within a certain ideology rather than to try to re-educate old men and women stuck in their ways. Women do have power, even resistance is power and to pretend other wise is playing the victim. When I mention sister hood I mean the responsibility women have to other women, this is no weaker than the supposed “brotherhood” you speak of. I do apologise, but I have no idea how to break it down any clearer to you in a verbatim that you would understand.
