I believe we must experiment with the division of labor to correct the imperfect developments since the industrial revolution. A lot went wrong during and after the industrial revolution making problems that were never corrected. A lot of American society is designed catering to factories to get more factory workers and to make them pliable to the factory type work. For example workers have become obedient to men and places instead of God, nature or our own selves. If we don’t start updating our relationships to work and employment we will continue to decline and support abuse by working for a corrupt system. For example we still pay taxes to a corrupt government.
