I have been helping people with credit difficuties for the past 23 years. I help them raise their credit scores so that they can then get approved for favorable interest rates on mortgages (which I do personally) and car loans, credit cards and installment loans. I help people that fall behind on their mortgages, even if they are foreclosure. I guide them through bankruptcy and divorce in order so that they maintain a good credit rating through the process. I show people how to raise their scores themselves or, if needed, to formally assist them through the process. So when it comes to anything regarding your credit and how to get the best mortgage rate, I can help.
Another area that I enjoy helping people is in business. I help business owners make the most of their marketing dollars by refocusing their efforts from traditional plain Jane everyday marketing - usually just follwing the crowd - to the hottest concepts available today. Video, audio, podcasts, email, target marketing via direct mail and the Internet are some of the strategies I like to share.
