I have a site I dont use anymore… it listed homes for sale - By owner, By Realtor and By Builder. If you need something like that, I would be willing to sell the code. Or an arrangement could be made - I own a mortgage company and maybe some advertising could do the trick. I also do haave other resources… let me know.. maybe we can do something together.

Did the deals fall apart because of processing or other reasons?

Just curious… what kind of deal do you have with the company you work for? Maybe you can do better. I could make some suggestions if youre interested.
