  Journal writing can be good too. It keeps things from getting bottled up to the point of explosion.
  Just make sure it’s locked up safe somewhere. The worst is finding someone else read your thoughts.

  I’m not sure what you can do. But I do know this, never orgasming isn’t either of your faults, but unfortunately, that is what is ultimately killing your sex life.
  When a person can’t reach the ‘high’, there is a very big disappointment. This leads to the person not wanting to try, so as to avoid that disappointment. It creates a vicious cycle.
  
  There are many reasons a woman can’t reach orgasm. Some are emotional/mental - broken heart from the past, fear of the unknown, or some kind of mental block. This can be dealt with by a counselor. Other reasons can be physical - such as a hormone imbalance or something physically wrong. This should be checked out by a doctor first. Then she can go from there.
  
  As for the shyness, you need to relax. Just try to make her as happy as she can be, and assure her that you don’t judge her for not being able to orgasm. Tell her that, even if you’ve never judged her. I can help ease her mind.
  Both of you can learn to adapt and enjoy each others bodies without sex. It is possible!
  Offer her a no-sexual-contact body massage (leave the breasts and groin out). Just a massage, nothing more. Stuff like that where sex is not the goal, just being together. It will help you to relax too!
