  Happiness, like sadness, are merely perspectives. There are blokes with millions that feel dreadful and poor people who feel as right as rain.
  
  These feelings are what they mean to YOU. Be realistic and define for yourself what happiness is. Change your perspective, if needed. There are good folks who can help you with that.
  
  It may also be possible that you have a medical condition that is interfering with your normal range of emotions. These same folks previously mentioned can assist in steering you that direction as well, if need be. Best of luck then… cheers.

  When ancient ships would drift apart at sea, they would often use beacons of light to signal the other. You can’t latch onto another vessel that has drifted too far away.. but you can provide the means for them to navigate back towards you. One degree at a time, slowly but surely, over the vastness of ocean between you.
  
  Find the light, that warm and familiar feeling that brought you together in the first place, and signal your friend. Perhaps they feel as lost as you? Then set your compass in the right direction and wait. Use that time to discover the err in your calculations. For even the smallest deviation from your heading of friendship may not seem apparent at first, but on such a long journey, you may both end up lost and far from each other.

  This is a common scam propegated by pirates and thieves.
  
  Many accounts within the same company are linked to each other. If they have access to your email, they have your other information on file as well, from the day you originally signed up. Why would they ever need this other data? Simply put, they do NOT, nor would any such companies ever ask for it in this fashion.
  
  If you have indeed replied, it would be in your best interest to change your provider post haste and choose a new user identity.
  
  If not, forward the email to the gents in the Yahoo fraud and security division. You should change your user name and password, but may still retain your Yahoo account, if you so choose.

  Alas, there is no easy answer to this, you understand.
  
  First, I would tell both your mother and “friends”, if they are worthy of such a title, that such talk must stop. Make it clear, in no uncertain terms, that such actions and words have been hurtful.
  
  Gauge your response to this. If they continue or ignore you, then they must be stricken from your book of friends. It is a bitter lesson, sad to say, but one you must learn for next time in deciding who to let into your life. Karma will be their lot and you must move on.
  
  Of course, the hope is that they will see it for what it is, and realize they both value your friendship and your feelings towards them. Real friends do not act like this and intentionally hurt one another. Real friends should make your life better and you should enjoy their company instead of dread it.
  
  As for your mother, rinse and repeat. She is your mum and should encourage you and support you, not belittle and yell for no good cause. Should she insist on the same course of action, ask her for exact details as to why she feels this way. It could be something you do not see or something has happened to turn her motherly skills into poor examples.
  
  In both cases, it is perhaps wise to learn to grow some thick skin. People will do and say all matter of dishonorable acts, but you need to know and when to hold your head high and move forward.
  
  This is the way of the world. It is a dark and often a mean place. The only actions and emotions you can control is your own. Not that of anyone else. Focus on that, growing stronger and wiser as you do, and such insults shall becomes like rain water on a duck, rolling off your feathers while you stay dry and unaffected.

  The only accurate method to know for sure is to visit a Doctor. A simple blood test will confirm whether the body is making the necessary adjustments to prepare for the birth of a young one. Over the counter tests are mostly accurate but not totally the answer.
  
  Your symptoms could be the result of many things. It may be the start of new life or it may just be reacting to the stress of worry. Also, if your body is not ready then it may also reject the fertilization. Over the counter tests sometimes have been known to still predict this as a positive.
  
  This is why a blood test properly done at a clinic or hospital is necessary to know for sure.

  A suggestion: Personal empowerment.
  
  It is different for everyone but may I recommend something that shows mind over matter. Martial arts, for instance, has shown me ways to control my mind and body versus the lot of blokes who may be bigger, louder, and generally fools. It is a boost of confidence as rich as afternoon tea to know I am a deadly weapon, with or without any tools of my trade, shall we say.
  
  But there are other vocations as well that you might find enjoyable. Anything where you can overcome a phobia; afraid of the water, jump in and learn to swim or scuba-dive. Don’t like loud noises, learn to shoot a pistol. Dislike driving, go to a professional course of racing and fine “motor” skills.
  
  With each barrier you break down, you are on the way to a path of freedom; free from fear and confident in your abilities. Learn as much as you can. Cheers!

  Realization that she was not the one for you and then accepting it in your life are necessary before you can move on.
  
  Once you do and see this addiction to a unhealthy memory for what it is, you can start to make strides towards freedom from the chains of the past. A divorce or long relationship that ends, can trigger feelings similar to that of a death of the same loved one.
  
  Of course, this will be difficult and filled with strife. But you can prevail with the right mindset. Might I suggest perhaps finding a grief counselor to assist you with this. Because that is what you are still facing, a great deal of grief, over the loss of what you used to have.
  
  When your thinking more about the past then the present, then it becomes a burden, and much like an addiction, it can be difficult to change how you act towards it. I do wish you well, sir, and hope you can start down the road to recovery from all of this.
