I , belive it or not, do know some things that did not come out of wiki.

Love, without any adjectives or whatnot, such as Brotherly, Maternal, Paternal,, etc, to me, sorry Wiki, means putting someones best interests before yours.

Or, pehaps, Caring more about what you can do for another than about what they can do for you.

Like a mother does for a child

Like a husband does for a wife
Like a friend for a friend

add all the extra stuff to it you want, such as lust, envy, passion, whatever, and you are just defining love more precisly

honestly, to tone up your legs, first make sure you are eating right, second, do something like walking up and down stairs. you do not want to overdo it at first.

getting tone is not too hard, inless all you eat is crap. And if you sit around most of the time, doing a few exercises will not help. You need to change your entire lifestyle to cause any real change

-I dont walk on sidewalks .
-my closet is organized from the pants i wore this moring to the pants i wore last time i had to wear pants.
