  I try to sell them stuff from around my house, or ask them if they are in need of any services provided by my company.
  
  Then, if they are good enough sports to stick around thru that, I treat them as regular people, ask them how their day is going, and then politly let them know that I have no money, and live with my parents in the basement, with my Star Wars collection.
  
  Then, male or female, I ask them out. If they say yes, then i follow thru.

  And it was not my intention..I was, believe it or not, saying a prayer of thanks (for my own reasons, and, yes, they are personal) and decided it had been to long since i had openly proclaimed my simple belief in God..and again, I cannot define God anymore than i can define anyone.

  sadly, that is believable. First they take away your ability to protest verbally, such as freedom of speech. Then they cut off your free flow of information, so you cannot find out what is going on in the world, outside of your immediate surroundings, except the things they let thru.

  First, you need to understand that retarded is not a curse word, it is an accutate description of some forms of mental handicaps..
  
  If your brother does have mental retardation, or any severe mental problems that would prevent him from functioning normally or making rational decisions, then this needs to be turned over to a mental health professional.
  
  If he is fine and functional, then he needs to make his own decisions. You dont say why he moved out, beyond mad at your mother, nor how old he actually is.
  
  If he is below 18, in most states in the US, your parents can be held criminally liable for neglect if anything happens to him.
