Hey dere,B! I just stopped by Help after sleeping the day away. Still a wee bit under the weather, but beginning to bounce back now.
Erm, as for the days off, the firm works sometimes 7 days a week, if need be. Depends on the case load.
But for court, well there are no hearings on all of the Fed Holidays. But we work on our cases even if it IS a legal holiday. Just no court. :o)
I am taking vacation beginning on the 20th of Dec and will return to my cases on the 5th of January.
After this flu, I almost decided to forego my vacation because I’ve missed some time already.
But family is insisting that I keep my plans just as they are.
Oh and that email is coming,Mr.B!
I’ve just been dozing off alot.
Which is exactly what I need to do right now…..so I will bid you adieu for now.
Grrrr I missed you on here by about ohhhh 15 minutes!

Anything you want to know, just ask. I cannot honestly think of anything about me that would interest other people, but then I start to answer a question, and find out that maybe there are some interesting stories out there.

I guess I am opposite of you family-wise. I was close to my family when I was young, but when I turned 11 or so, my grandparents passed, my mom got married, and a few other things happened (I will tell you anything you want to know, in an EMAIL)

Even though I dont find it all that interesting, honest to God, if I start from the beggining, and tell everything, most people will assume that the bulk of it is made up. I have heard more than once “No way that much happened to the same person in those few years” HAHA

But I need structure, I guess, so narrow it down, and i will answer as honestly as i can, anything.

6ft, hazel eyes, 300-325 lbs (yep, big guy, but not as much of it is muscle as it was when i was in my 20’s)

I was born and sort of semi raised in the South. Shuttled back and forth between families.
I am 5′7 with long brown hair.I weigh 125lbs.
My one big love in life is anything dealing with the Legal profession and/or law enforcement.
I have a total of 12 brothers and sisters. 6 of them Steps. But loved just as much as blood.
My family has been through some really hard knocks in 2008.
But I try very hard to not dwell on it all.
Because no matter how much I grieve it will not bring back the people that I cherished so much.And I know that they would want the family to be happy.
So, for them, I try every single day to try to be happy and upbeat.
There are times though, when I cannot achieve this every single day.
That is when I will get very quiet and seem to disappear.
I love my mix and match family very very much.
In fact, we don’t make it a habit to even refer to each other as “steps”.
But there are times when we have to just to alleviate the confusion that people get.
Right this moment, I am supposed to be helping my sister Carrie clean up some paint mess that we made. And then we are going to paint HER room today.
