Melour- I was actually thinking more of the caffeine, then again pure natural chocolate doesn’t have caffeine. I haven’t seen the candy you are referring but I will check it out. My thoughts are although alittle is good, if it tastes like I like chocolate to taste if I am not careful I would eat more than alittle, and if its that good, it usually has sugar and caffeine and result added weight and acne, thus more depressed than before. Hence my answer chocolate is good in reasonable amounts. - written 1 year, 6 months ago
It contains GLA which assists the body in producing prostaglandins ( basically hormones), I would not advise purchasing from anywhere other than a herb/health food store because the cheaper places most of the time contain synthetics. Also I should have stated that if you or anyone considering herbs are a diabetic, you should check with your doctor first, they can interact with some medications. - written 1 year, 6 months ago
I own and manager a herb store, and am a natural health consultant. I agree chocolate is good in reasonable portions, but watch out for skin breakouts. Most of my customers really do well with evening primrose oil. Can range in cost from around $10 to $30 depending on company, amount and mg. Go to any herb or health food store and you should find it. Good Luck - written 1 year, 6 months ago
