  First of all you really have to want to stop. My father and a brother died of lung cancer, plus an x-mother in law and an x-father in law. I have two brother with enphazima, one is on oxygen and major breathing meds ever day.
  Try and think of all the people you know that have health problems from smoking, then think of all the ones that have died from smoking. Try looking it up on the Internet of the very famous people that died of lung cancer, some I know of John Wayne, Humphrey Bogart, Yul Brenner, The original marlboro man and so so many many more.
  The way I stopped is first of all I wanted to, so I went to my doctor got a chest x-ray and saw how dark and I do mean dark my supposed to be very pretty pink lungs were. I was warned by my doctor that if I did not stop I was on my way to major lung problems and possibly a ( way to early death and a miserable one at that. Fighting for a breath of air (not much fun)., then there is the cost of smoking in $$$$ and the smell is very bad (you will know once you stop) it’s on your clothes in your hair on your breath and (it does stink).
  Just clean your car windows or the walls of your home and remember what you see is even worse in your lungs. SO LETS STOP O K ?
  First of all I prayed to God for help and please believe me I meant it and you must want to stop or you won’t, I then took the last four (4) cigarettes I had and wrapped them in aluminum foil and put them in the freezer. I knew if I did not have them around I would go out and buy a pack. Believe me I had no craving for them because there were there Remember I wanted to QUIT do you? Needless to say four months later I got in the freezer and crushed the last four cigarettes and ripped them into and tossed them in the trash and as of today I still do not need nor want that problem ever again. SMOKE FREE FOR EIGHT YEARS.
