You’re not crazy lol I worry alot too at times. Everyone worries sometimes. You’d be surprised how much I worry at times lol I feel quite calm and content recently though. but at times I worry far too much, about nothing.and I do that too, where I’m thinking of something and don’t want to sleep until I’ve finished thinking. Maybe you could just try to block it out and ignore the thoughts, if you know what I mean. It can be hard. but if you can clear your mind and just lie there, that helps.

The pills possibly are addictive. Things like that I would ask a doctor.
It is best not to take meds like that if possible, because they all have some side effects. My ex got addicted to paracetamols once. I only take paracetamol if I really need it. but they don’t usually work anyway lol

Bless you, try not to get too upset. I’m glad it worked abit for you. maybe when you come off your other medication you could try something. But that’s really up to you. maybe you’re lactose intolerant for milk not to agree with you. If you ever eat or drink before going to bed then I would avoid it. That may help alittle bit. Like if you drink coke or tea/coffee, they have caffine in them, so they may keep you awake.

I know that afew years ago when I was still at school(not college lol) I had a cold or the flu and my dad told me to take something called nightnurse. I took some and by the time my first lesson had started I already felt drowsy and by the end of the day it was impossible for me to keep my head up. That stuff really works at making you sleep! I only took it for the cold I had, not to sleep. I really should have read the label and thought about it first lol there’s a lesson though, read the labels and leaflets and don’t listen to your dad lol I bet that stuff would put you to sleep! It would put anyone to sleep lol

Life is full of uncertainties. and everything is a gamble. you just must learn to care for the most needed ones. and try not to stress it out too much.
Its ok,i mean if your dealing with things you cant go around the post trying to help ppl patch things up while while your live is falling apart you must fix yours first then you can help another

I once read on here somewhere, that if you can’t sleep, then don’t panic and get aggitated, but just calmly lie there with your eyes closed. and let your body relax. that way, although you wont be sleeping, your body will still be resting.
Maybe that could help you. i’m sure i’ve tried it before and it helped me alittle bit.

gosh busy busy busy eh lol well I’ve been to college today. I spent about 1 hour getting to college. spent 3 hours at col learning. then spent over 2 hours getting home. so I got home about 20 past 6 at night in the pitch black and I finished at 4 lol. I must say it’s much better when I don’t get the wrong bus, or the right bus but going in the wrong direction should I say lol Oh it’s torture I spend more time travelling than learning lol

Y’ know I only really came on here to listen to youtube before i go to sleep lol I couldn’t resist lol I think I’ll have an early night too. I’ve gotta be up for half 6. :)

I can’t wait till we break up for xmas. mmm…

I know a family who have started though, their house is on the front street and it is always covered in xmas things at xmas, the garden, the house, the roof! it must cost a fortune lol but I guess they have to start early lol

Is the sleeping thing like when you have loads of things on your mind when your trying to sleep and your mind won’t “be quite”? lol that’s what I get sometimes. like your trying to sleep and the string of thoughts just keep going round in cicles. well I hope that goes away for you. I’m sure I’ve had insomnia before, it’s torture. I hope you can manage to catch some sleep. and i hope the other problem you must have goes away too.

I think I’ve read it before. afew places now. are you taking anything for it? have you tried going to the doctors about it? maybe its like insomnia.

I was thinking of getting one of her albums for myself, but I don’t know which one to get, any ideas? lol I think she is Irish but I think sometimes she sings abit gaelic and other languages too. Gosh I’m terrible at learning different languages, I don’t know how other people do it lol

lol..I come from a big family and my brother went through this. I’ve had to help my niece when she got married, had a beautiful little girl alone because her husband (now divorced) was in jail and never has seen the child and doesn’t care.

BTW..although it’s legal here in Canada…I don’t have a good husband..LMHO..wife. I’m a guy remember…I’m still laughing.

My niece met a wonderful guy at a newyears eve party and they’re getting married, have bought a house and he loves my gorgeous little niece and calls him dad. Even when she’s mad.

From what I’ve read from you…I’m very confident that you son is an amazing young man and will make a fantastic father or husband someday. The world is a better palace when we care:)
