  Well, it depends.
  If you’re sometimes bored, you can find all kinds of online flash games of sorts that you can play. Personally, I really like Bejeweled 2 (which is pretty addictive by the way). Also you have sites like bored.com that can offer you stuff to do when you’re bored.
  
  But if you’re bored on a larger magnitude, it’s gonna be a bit more complicated. Personally, I think you should take your time and talk to yourself (preferably, not in public…). Ask yourself what you like to do, what interest you, do you like music, art, computers, books, sports or what not etc.
  After you think of these things, try and grade them from 1 to 10, 1 being the least interesting and 10 the most.
  After that you’re gonna have a better idea of which things interest you the most, and then the only thing left to do would be finding way to do these things (Ex: if you find out you like music, maybe it’ll be a good idea to start learning how to play an instrument).
  
  I suggest you come back here after you have a list of interests, and I think people here would be willing to help you find things to do with them.

  I think you’re beautiful.
  And besides, looks aren’t the only thing that matters.
  
  And about that ‘19 and never yet in love’ thing, I think you think about it too much. Sometimes, when you stop thinking about something that is bothering you, it helps solving it. By not thinking about not being in love and doing other stuff (like all the stuff people suggested here), you might be surprised and find love in the most unexpected place.

  * You can buy self learning tapes that you can use to improve your language.
  * You can watch more English speaking T.V. shows (without dubbing) and listen to more songs in English.
  * You can use your friends to help you - ask them to talk to you only in English for a certain amount of time, a few times a week.

  I risk the amount of money I invest. And I don’t look at it as a risk but as an investment for having some fun. If I loose it- I loose it, and it doesn’t matter.
  Say you wanna have some fun. Then you’ll go to an amusement park of some sort, or go out to dinner and movie or go dancing or whatever. These activities cost money, but you don’t look at it as a risk, but as a money well spent, right?
  Well I see gambling the same way - I pay some money to have some fun. And the fact that all these companies are located in international waters doesn’t mean they can take more than I give them. It’s true that I risk not always getting what I deserve, but there are ways of lowering that risk by going to the most well-known sites and certified ones, instead of all the other small ones that no-one never heard about.
  
  And regarding your remark about donations - have you ever gave away an activity that you wanted to do, just because it cost money and you thought it’d be better to donate that money to charity? If you did, you’re a better person than me. But most of us, I believe, know how to handle their money in such a fashion that we can both use some of it for our own personal fun and also donate some of it to charity and other worthy causes from time to time.

  Liz, it’s not like gambling is the only thing that I do all day. I go out with friends, I play the guitar, I do all sorts of stuff.
  If I come here and ask a question about gambling, it doesn’t necessarily mean I’m addicted. It just means I’m asking a question on the subject, and that I want to get some advice.
  
  And SoCo, I guess I was misunderstood a bit. When I talk about “safe gambling”, I don’t talk about casinos where you win 100% of the time. I’m talking about places where I can trust the casino owner and feel safe with giving away my personal details and credit card number, that’s all.
  I don’t have that kind of illusion that I can always win. I play for fun, just like I do other stuff. I have a predefined budget for this, and if I loose it- I loose it, no harm done.
  
  By the way, speaking of getting addicted to gambling, there’s a nice article about gambling addiction that summerizes it well on that same site I found earlier =)
