  Actually im very intrigued by your honesty i like how you word things and i like it honest, of course it sucks to see some of the things that ppl write when its not what you hope to hear, but im listening because i need the advice, its relaly hard for me ive experienced what i thought was heartbreak in the past BUT none of those times measure up to this. I know i’ll make it through this and i hope that one day i will let go and be totally ok with everything that is happening. I know in my heart that its not good for us to be together otherwise i wouldve never chosen to let him go previously, but sometimes when the mistakes arent infront of you constantly you tend to forget about them therefore i try to remind myself of everything that was wrong in our relationship within the past 5 years we’ve known eachother, yes we have a child together and thats great but not everything is ment to last and if this is the way its supposed to be im going to have to accept that and move on, easier said than done of course but time heals all wounds even if the time seems to drag along. Its going to take me awhile to let this all pass by but hopefully i remember to invite the lesson to be learned with this situation and try not to come across it again.

  I know that its too late and perhaps even if we were to work things out that it would more in likely be terribly rough to straighten out all the wrong doings.
  The hardest thing for me is to get over the fact that we will never be together again after everything that we’ve been through. I know i had plenty of reasons for breaking it off with him one being i needed time for me and many others as well. This is quite possibly a really great thing thats happening here and just maybe I have something great in store for me. BUT for the time being like i said its still hard to watch him love another, of course alot of this is pure jealousy and i realize that, and i really want to be ok with everything and move on, but i cant seem to stop thinking about the situation it seems to be gettin better by the day and i’m tryin to avoid everything that puts me in mind of him i even deleted my myspace account so i wouldnt be tempted to look at his profile because it really hurt to see pictures of them together, when he calls i try to make it very short, and when ppl try to talk of him i avoid the conversation, of course this wont be an ongoing thing just until im ready to face the facts. Sometimes facing the truth is the hardest thing to do in a situation.
  I appreciate your correspondance and if by chance i do need more of your words i will get in contact with you or quite possibly add another post :) You give great advice straight and honest thanks again.

  i totally understand i hold my children near and dear, and i feel the same towards other children as well.
  Im glad your willing to help me i can use some good words, i feel alot better right now verses this morning maybe because i had a dream about him last night and i woke up torn apart mostly because the dream was SO much better than waking up to reality, but youll have that.

  I tried talking to him but he’s really into this girl and i want to be happy for him but i cant be because i want him to be happy with me not someone else i explained everything to him but he’s done listening to what i have to say and if the conversation is brought up he just says “what is talking about this really going to do?” I know he still and always will have love for me but as for him ever being in love with me ever again i count as unlikely. Its killing me to watch him love someone else but it hurts more because i’ve brought it to this and theres absolutely nothing i can do to fix any of this, we’ve both done alot of stuff to hurt eachother in the past 5 years, but we’ve done alot of amazing things together as well. Maybe he just needs to live life like i needed to and am still doing. I would really like for us to work out and to give it another try, but maybe its over for good and ok i can handle that but i cant handle these continued feelings. We’ve broken up and gotten back together a couple of times and even IF we are dating someone we always come back to eachother but im afraid thats not going to happen this time. He told me he loves this new girl and that she has brought up the idea of getting married mind you theyve only known eachother for almost 2 months and he’s 5 years older than her (18 & 23) i figured hes just drawn to her because he’s getting the much needed attention that i failed to produce. He tries to call me occasionally just to talk but i cant handle it so we always end the conversation.
  He recently said to me “I love you” and we talked about getting married but then she decided to actually date him he blew me off for fear i’d break things off with him again.
  I always end up being angry with him yet i know thats not going to bring him back, i am (was) his first real girlfriend and his longest relationship we experience most of our first experiences together, I know i shouldnt have ever let him go and i hate that i didnt realize this until it was quite possibly too late.
  I just dont want them to break up and for him to come back to me on those grounds I want him to be with me because he knows that im the only one for him not because he’s in need of attention.
  it seems as the more i talk the more complicating it gets so if theres any further questions ill answer them accordingly.
