I think I have a good amount of Zen, I am at peace with myself and have not had chocolate for 3 days. I am a chocoholic by the way. I asked my job about officially changing my religion to Zen Jedi and they thought I was making fun. They said I could but may lose out on things like Christmas leave because I’m not a Christian. Of course I would get leave owed to me just not on Xmas day etc. I think I’ll change it after then hopefully they’ll for get by the xmas after. Kungpow thinks I’m mad!

I’ll start my hardcore fast Tuesday. When fasting you don’t just jump into, you take two or three days and just eat jello, or pudding.

I see what you mean, I’ve sorted the problem now anyway. I miss my old splat avatar, when i get time I think I’ll swap things around.

How is the fast going? I’m a chocoholic so I’m finding my Zen through chocolate denial. I hope it works, I have inner peace and chocolate seems to de stress me so I’m curios to see how the craving will affect me.
