  do you have recovery questions? iph so, no worries, pop them in under “recover password” and itll be reset to what you had it at.
  
  locked because you did something illegal? shame on you. Go to “recover locked accnt” and appeal.
  
  the longer your account is compromised, the less chance you have to get it back. do it asap!

• i went to about:config (firefox) and i messed around with the configuration and now my internet is not working……what do i do?
  

  you prolly messed with the connection settings under
  tools>options>advanced tab>network subtab>settings
  
  if your using a proxy, make sure that its entered correctly.
  i your not, then “direct connect to the internet” should be selected.
