  Anyway, it must have worked because he has it now. He did it through the root on the library. . . i knew he hacked but this is scarin me. . .or maybe im just a u no . . . coward or summat

  I don’t know, truly. Should I ask him? We’re going through a shaky patch now anyway. My other friend kinda beat him up, and i stopped him, but it was the first friend’s fault as hed been annoying him for weeks. 2nd friends expelled now. . . i kinda had to support him still as other wise ive got no chance with the man i love. O god this is complicated. . . im sorry, did u understand all that?

  You want to stop, which is the biggist and most important thing to acheiving that. If you have got prof help, thats great and they’ll be a lot more qualified than me. If not: realise what is wrong and what triggers self harm. Then you can try and avoid, confront or even stop it; be prepared and have a substitute by such as a red felt pen, a stress ball, an elastic band around your wrist (to ping) or some ice to stick you’re hand in (try not to do this too much, it’s only a short term thing); talk to you’re friends and the people around you, tell them how you feel and ask for them to look after you. There are some great people out there - you could ask if when you feel like self harming you could just ring them; find a good hobby or a job you love and stick with it; when you feel like self harming do something else such as excersise (a cycle ride or run or long walk)some kick-*** music to lose your self in, you could dance like crazy or take a long shower (making sure there are no razors etc. in your bathroom) . . .find out what works best for you; remember you are not at all alone, but that it is you who wants to stop and with support you can certainly make it. Try not to beat yourself up over anything- whether it’s what you last said or the last time you hurt yourself. Most of all remember that there are always people who care, even when you can’t see that straight away. Sometimes when you tell people they might be a bit freaked out or back away - this is just because they are suprised and worried about you and about themselves. Give it time, give it space . . . don’t expect people to be ultra supportive straight away, but instead thank those who are. We belive in you!

  hey, jason. what you’ve got to understand is that you’re trying to get 25 (the cost of the room)not 30. The 3 pounds they payed and got back, so that’s irrelevent (sic). they each pay 9 which is 27, minus the 2 the guy nicked. 25. can the guy calling us all dumbasses please note the first guy got it right way before you. All we’re doing now is clarifying.
