  Chio, IT IS POSSIBLE TO STOP. Ive actually been able to go an entire year (2003) without doing it. Granted, i havent gone a year without doing it since then, But ive done it less than I used to. All things are possible with God. The answer is not indulgence, but discipline and prayer! Praise God!
