  Hey man..
  
  before you start reading this I have to let you know that I’m gonna raise a few theories and ideas which are mostly based on my own experience at living, which could be wrong.. in other words, I’m not certified as a professional (which I think can also be wrong)..
  but I’m here to help you figure out stuff..
  
  
  You didn’t really get to details about the way you feel cause “sad” and “depressed” are such big words and you didn’t say anything about the way you see people or what do you think about them and most importantly you didn’t anything about the way you see yourself so I’ll have to assume stuff..
  
  The first section of your post seems like a job resume (you are hired hehe..)but does it mean anything to you?! I guess at some point or for most of your life that was the only thing you could relay on.. I’ll jump a head and say you care a lot about how people see you as a person. I mean, the way you just presented yourself ( I’v completed.. bla bla”).. You are perfect! at least that’s the way you want people to see you..
  
  You are a smart guy and you know this and people around you know this and you know people expect more from smart guys(hold on there, I’m getting somewhere).. so you want to please them, I bet this is the case since high school you driven yourself to get the highest grades a in class in order to carry this “smart guy” tag so you could feel like a smart guy and it probably goes on from there.I don’t know if you liked it this way, studying all day and missing the things you loved.. your dreams.

  I hope you’re doing well.
  
  My name is Aviad, and I’m a 12th grade student..
  
  I happened to deal with the same case a few years ago - bad relationship with a girl who I devoted myself to , surrounded by religion (family, friends, school) which I tried to respect though I knew I hate, low confidence and self esteem, school pressure, increase in depression, various psychiatrists ,various pills and and other stuff. I’m not quiet sure about the order of all this but I do know I felt like crap(worst understatement ever).
  
  Anyhow..
  
  I don’t want to sound disrespectful because all I have for you is respect and empathy but I think I know what you’re going through and it’s not simple..
  To be honest my life is still a mess and some of those problems just wont go away but I feel a bit better today and I think I can help, as a friend. If you want we can chat..
  
  If not then here’s a tip - Try to rediscover the things you used to love before this whole mess, hell, even way back from your youth, before everything turned so serious.
