Eh. Thanks for the invite to the Atheist thread, but it was closed before I could finish composing a response.

You are so valuable to this community, and it has been my sincere pleasure to meet you and listen to your words.

You know religious discussions will always spark heated debates, and often lead to personal attacks, and anyone engaging must accept that risk.

But such debate helps everyone test their own faith, or lack thereof. We are each on our journey, and at different places along the road.

Frankly, I believe God treasures those who seek out the Truth about Him, so it doesn’t bother me in the least that we have religious debate. What bothers me is personal attacks.

I know you will be in prayer over God’s will for you regarding your participation on this board, and you have my prayers to that end.

I’m just trying to keep help.com a nice and peaceful place.
If a user reports another user’s behaviour to me, I look into it.
that’s what lapa did, but the post she was talking about was no longer there, some mod having taken care of it.
I don’t know who to believe, and I just don’t want to take sides.
I am NOT taking sides unless I get some evidence that one of you is being abusive.
For now, I’ll leave it to that and just keep an eye out as usual.
But I just want to make sure users don’t get abusive towards others.
Just so it’s clear.
If lapa is really bothering you, bring me evidence of her behaviour and I’ll look into it, but so far I can’t decide which of you to believe.

Im questioning this one. The poster has said that they have been going to couples councelling for years. Therapists know that they will get an honest answer from one without the other present. How could they have gone through years of therapy, and that never done? Especially if shes getting the “evil eye” from him. Any reasonably good therapist should catch that.

i’ve spent years and now weeks dealing with this - to be able to see that perhaps the man i love is as shallow as this guy who “desperately wants help in less than an hour to figure out whether the woman he loves an ‘will’ marry is really the one, or if he shouldm pursue the girl of his dreams!” honestly - you are endlessly shallow yourself if you can’t see the difference between my pain and this guys little fantasy baloney! i was not being mean to him - i was being honest - this girl he thinks he might want to pursue has not idea what he is thinking. he should leve her alone! and that is not being mean…. by the way - i am done trying to explain myself to you - as i take my own advice which i gave you once but you do not follow.

he just doesnt like my boyfriend and yet he is in love with my sisters baby’s father!! he doesnt let me get in the car with his family nemore and i cant go to his house nemore!! all because i lied ONCE about where i was going!!! and yet my sister can leave and go when she pleases on a five minute notice.. and me.. i have to ask a week before hand!! then i have to write it on the calender so they know i want to do something with him…. even then half the time they decide oooo well you cant were going out!!!!! adn they just dont want me going newhere!! i just think my dad hates me!!

i live in alabama now, for the last three months. but it was nice, just a little warm ha ha
