OK. Although, I do find it hard to believe that several people from the same apartment complex would post on help.com as it is not a very well-known site nor is it publicized. The only way they would have any knowledge of it would be through word of mouth or through a search engine. I still stand by my original thought that you have multiple accounts. I ask that you pick one and stick to it.
You had a post about wanting help from Christians hoping to (re)convert. I was going to reply but unfortunately i had computer trouble and was not able to do so. I really wanted to reply but your post has been overtaken and I’m a lil late lol but hope you don’t mind i thought id leave you a shout… I really believe you are asking the wrong question… Not why isn’t god preventing evil but why has he not let us feel the wrath for the evil we have committed? If god stops evil he has to stop it all. He cannot just pick and choose or he is not a fair and just God. If he stops evil he would have to stop us too right? Cuz we have all done evil stuff… He gives us choices in life and sometime our choices are not always good… He loves us and wants to save us. Yes it pains him that we have suffering in our life but we also are blessed. Read the book of Job for encouragement… it shows how we accept the blessings in life but we must also accept the bad… This is not a world full of physical boundaries that God made to set us up for struggle… we made the boundaries ourselves (or Adam and Eve did in the beginning if you prefer) by disobeying god. This is a life full of choices. Everyone has sinned. period. and even just that one evil thought parts you from god. Yes god has the power, but he does not stop evil so that he can have mercy on us. Sounds weird at first but that’s what it really comes down to. He wants to save us but we have to make that choice… God cannot show his blessings and mercies without the hardships we go through. And maybe… every struggle we go through is really that blessing and mercy in disguise… like i grew up with my grandparents because my mom abandoned me to do drugs and party. But if that did not happen my grandpa would have never had the joy of being a father to me and my sister which he claims to have been the greatest joy of his life… a blessing in disguise… Hope this is encouraging. Sorry I’m late lol :)
nah, not biased just playing :) besides, when I am met with a rude demeanor It’s a natural reaction to mirror it. (In other words, I don’t pick fights with calm happy nice people)
thank you for being so understanding, you’re a good person neb :)
Hey Neb. I wanted to apologize for going a bit ape on your post. I was having a bit of fun but I realize it was at the expense of your post and I should have reigned myself in. I also want to apologize for future comments from gritty, they’re starting to take on one of those indirect insult tones, so if you see a lot of “blah blah, bad trait, such as SOME people who have replied to this post etc etc” from him, I take full responsibility.
Again, my bad, can you forgive a wiley fool who likes to have a laugh?
It was directed at you. And this isn’t the only user who feels this way. We have received a number of reports from users who feel that the tone of some of your replies is not particularly appropriate for the context. My suggestion would be to follow the age-old ‘if you haven’t anything nice to say… ‘
There’s worse religions though, They’re obviously all stupid but Mormons are the stupidest.
I don’t know, are these people stupid or just ignorant? I had a chat with a Mormon friend once and pointed out all the things that proved her religion wrong and she told me I’d caused her to have doubts but soon enough she was back worshiping Joseph Smith’s magic golden plates.
People get diagnosed with mental illnesses for believing things smaller than what religious people beleive :@
I left the post for a reason, and for that same reason I’m not going to read your shouts. So please respect my decision to not get involved any further :)
