• I have been depressed for over 3 years and I can’t deal anymore.
  

  I CAN RELATE TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING ” ALL OF IT” accept for the hanging. couldn’t afford a doctor tryed other methods made it worse!! I was in a sitting room waiting for my appt. and there was this man that started talking to me and said he had been depressed and the doctor told him Tony what i want you to do everyday when you get up is look in the mirror and tell your self “I love my self” just keep telling your self that intill you believe that,and start treating your self to somthing you like because you deserve. And suround your self with positive people. Well I didn’t think much that much about what he said But I thought what do I have to lose.
  its been 6yrs for me now and im so happy to be a live!!! (I think someone put him there for me ) remember you are loved, I don’t know you and I care..hope this helps in some way. People love you please seek help!!

  Are you taking any kind of birth control? Cause that can do it also. So that means you have checked to see if your pregnant right? so to be safe have a check up that be the safest way to go. Don’t get your self stress out!!

  How old are you? if your late 40tys or 50tys it could be change of life! Go get a check up, make sure your ok. Good Luck to you.

  X what? boyfriend or husband? And did you have any children… If you had children thats kind of hard to for get!! But! if its a boy friend go shopping, call your friends to go dancing or take a dancing class they couple you up, or better yet go to a place where they have kariokie, it takes about 2 to 3 months or even less to for get!!   If thats how you feel than go with it. I let my mother talk me into getting married cause she said the chance my not come along again and I was not a happy!! It sound like you wouldn’t be saying this if you truly love him. Good Luck to you.
