Hi Eug here,
One of my passions, abilities and pleasures is helping people struggling to find work get suitable jobs.
I kinda fell into this area by accident. My first ‘client’ was a church friend who was seriously underemployed. Oliver was running a photocopy & printing biz from home, trying to support his family, yet was barely breaking even.
Funny thing was, he was hugely qualified with a Masters of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, and even had a few years contracting experience!
Still employers and recruiters weren’t open to getting to know him (to their loss really).
Having had a lot of jobs (too many) in my life, I thought I could help. Naturally he was demoralised after trying & trying and not getting ANYWHERE.
After chatting a bit I realised he was still passionate about programming. He was skeptical but if offered a job he’d take it in a snap!
Basically we got to work, reworking his CV, found some attractive opportunities, and put together a Cover Letter, and submitted. After that I intervened and called the employer, explained my friend’s situation and bam! he got an interview.
After several rounds of interviews, he finally got the job and now has been with the same company for about 4 years.
That started it all.
I have since helped 100’s of people from all walks of life - overseas students, migrants, people experiencing mental illness, individuals at the end of there drug & alcohol rehab, people coming back from serious injury as well as friends in professional positions.

Hopefully you get the sense that I love to help people achieve their dreams. I think being an outsider gives me a clarity and objectivity that is impossible to see on your own (I should know, I struggle with this myself!)
