  Well, the obvious thing is to get help, PROPER HELP, with the bulimia…I know for a fact how hard it can be but you can stop, and especially now when you obviously NEED to. You need to stop getting sick and start eating a well balanced diet and take supplementary vitamins. I know that bulimia starts (for me anyways)as a fear of being over weight, or not skinny enough, but with a proper diet you can maintain and even lose weight without damaging yourself and feel better then you ever have. I don’t eat beef, but I do eat a LOT of fruits and veggies. I also take a B 100 complex vitamin because where I live there is like no sun and I lack B6 and 12 most of the year, so I use supplements to help me be happy.

  The best thing to do to improve your English is to do a lot of reading. Find a topic you know a bit about and read as much about it in English as you can. Or a book or story you know really well in your own language and read that in English…It’ll help, but most websites to improve a language skill costs money :(

  Well, thank you for the uselessness Mr.Helpbot…As someone who suffers from anxiety attacks for no reason what-so-ever and an ex-cutter who was horribly tormented in school, I think I can be of more use then a suicide hotline…First off the ONLY thing important in you life is your health. Are you eating properly, because from the sound of it, you sound either anemic or massively deficient of some vitamin-s.(Gah, my slash key isn’t working). School can be put aside until you are back up to full health. I lost an entire year because my step-dad died when I was 14 and I was a year “late” graduating. But after that year off I ended up coming back in full force with nothing lower then a B and graduated as Valedictorian(take that bullies!). Talk to your doctor, find out if you have a vitamin deficiency or malnutrition, then get him to write you a doctors note. Get extensions on your school work and take a week off if you can. You can’t live a good educated life if you die of some underlying health issue first. Health comes first, always.
