If you do want to consider that- you’ll need to be as open as you can about what happened in the past (your father) and how it is impacting on your life and that you would like to consider therapy.
Also…have you considered voluntary work? Voluntary work where you can help people is so rewarding and great for building up confidence and low self esteem. I think you are allowed to do voluntary work even if you are claiming unemployment benefit.
Imagine that! Two days or three days a week you can get out if the house, do real work for people, get your expenses paid so you’re not out of pocket and meet other people. You could try your hand at anything … Working a helpline like the samaritans, providing company to older people, animal shelter work. And because you’ll be in current ‘work’ - it’s something to put on your CV and makes you more attractive to employers.

What you need to do here is train your brain! It’s a simple cure and really works…trust me.
When it comes to anxiety and social anxiety, the way you can get out of it is by adopting more confident behaviours little by little. Did you know that your actual behaviours can condition your subconscious mind. Did you know- if you practiced and practiced at this confidence thing, you’re subconscious will eventually accept that you are confident? It sounds a little strange, in fact- it’s just the way our brains work.
With social anxiety, start off small. For example, next time you’re out - for 1 minute behave like you’re confident, even though you might not feel like it. Walk with your head held up high, walk like you mean business and like nothing is worrying you. Do that for 1 minute and then increase the time every time you go out. So, the next time - try 2 minutes. You’ll eventually get to the point where you’ll have no confidence worries and you’ll walk with confidence without even thinking about it.
There was a time I couldn’t even get on a train due to agoraphobia. The way I got out of it was by forcing myself to adopt these positive, confident behaviours little by little. It does work, promise. But remember - don’t push yourself too much. Little by little.
And, another thing. Our subconscious minds take our conscious thoughts as instructions only. That’s really important to understand. So…saying to yourself, ‘I’ll never be confident’ results in your subconscious saying, ‘ok- that was an instruction! I’ll make sure of that- I’ll make sure we’ll never be confident’. Because our unconscious minds take conscious thoughts as instructions only, it hasnt got the ability to do anything else. So…tell yourself, ‘I will be confident’ and practice that again and again. What’s really effective is if you get into a deeply relaxed state and repeat the statement ‘I will be confident’ 3 times a day for ten minutes. Best wishes! :-)x

I’m confused..
The issue here is controlling population … But then you mention racial cleansing?
That’s a totally different issue.
If the population crisis is the problem….I don’t see how racial cleansing fits in with the argument. Surely attempts to control population would apply to all races.
…….Unless I’m missing something here?
