  Please don’t worry, so your house is a mess, thats no big problem honey, just go for a walk and get out of your house till you can deal with it. put on a film, or a cd you like and relax. read a magazine or a book. think about happy memories, or hopes you have for the future. Believe me, you can carry on living through this. I know things feel overwhelming, but i swear, hapiness is like the tides of the ocean, the tide comes in, and you’re happy, and then the tide goes out and you feel bad, but i promise you, eventually the tide comes back in, and things seem better. concentration will return when things are seeming easier in your head, and it’s not so blocked up with problems.
  Weight problems just now? you should try to ignore them (and i know how hard that is, i’ve been bulimic since i was 14, now 23, but if you just concentrate on one problem at a time, it might seem a bit more manageable.) someone once gave me a bit of advice, and that was “keep your head where your feet are” meaning you should only focus on immediate problem, because worrying does not do anything but make the problem bigger in your head. and if you think about it, worrying makes absolutely no difference in the long run, just causes heartache.
