Sorry if this is too late, I’m only just working down my notices. You’ve been given many pro recovery websites above… now, you have to put in the effort. How are you doing?
2008-09-05 17:02:27 on My family needs prayers from those who pray and support from those that don’t.

2008-09-05 16:09:17 on Why can’t I see things the way THEY see it?
People also will overreact a little. Saying “You’ve lost weight” is a compliment for most people. So if a person were to give a compliment, saying “Oh look, you look like you’ve lost a bit of weight” is a lot less complimentish than “OH my ****** geeee! Look at you all lost weight and WOW!”
So, what I’m trying to say is that people will deliberately overreact to try and give a reaction they feel others want. They want you to feel complimented so they will act like a weight loss is larger than it actually is - not because it SHOULD be larger, but simply because that is how they perceive you to be happy.
And congrats on the weight loss :) Maybe you should set yourself a reasonable weight loss goal, and when you get there, maintain that weight for three or four weeks. Look in the mirror often and compliment yourself for parts of your body that you like, rather than the parts you dislike.
If you lose and maintain weight, you will end up with a much healthier body image than if you just continously lose, and so will end up looking much healthier in the end.
Remember, part of looking good is having self confidence. A healthy mind = a healthy body!

2008-08-31 23:44:56 on Aaaah!
Well things aren’t going to get resolved if you don’t talk. If your girlfriend doesn’t know how you feel, how can she change? It could be that she doesn’t give an opinion or make decisions because she doesn’t want to do anything that might upset you.
And you haven’t even met the other girl yet. Don’t make mountains out of molehills that haven’t even been dug yet!

Hello Sasha :)
2008-08-31 08:57:49 on Is it weird that my hands shake when I haven’t eaten enough?
No, it’s not that strange - like you said yourself, it happens when you haven’t eaten enough. Your muscles get strength from what you eat, so if it isn’t enough, your hands will shake for example because the muscle that steadies your actions is slightly weaker. It’s not really a problem, most people get it if they don’t eat enough. Normally just eating a bit more sorts it out. If not, it’s probably be unrelated to food.
2008-08-31 05:12:20 on I have a food addiction.
Hey anon :) Eating too much isn’t great great for you… is this the norm - what are your usual eating habits like? There are different reasons people eat too much, some do when they’re bored, some are hungry a lot, others maybe when they’re upset or if they just really really like it. Do you know why for you?
