I have no way of knowing if you have the care or not and even if you do everyone else on this site does not, so no you cannot say it. The rule still applies. If you say it again you will receive a warning.

Last I checked you have to have a license to smoke weed for medicinal purposes and since there is no way of knowing who does and does not have a license on here we are supposed to enforce the law as it pertains to everyone. Marijuana is considered illegal unless you have a document stating that an exception has been made. On help.com no exception is made for any of our users. If you disagree with my decision you are more than welcome to report me and someone will look into the matter.
