@blue - I took your advice because i recognized that i was being insensitive and rude by not showing up and blowing him off.

I sent him a txt message last night to the effect of: “Hello, ___. I did not intend to stress you and be insensitive to your feelings. I apologize and will be more considerate of your feelings in the future. Have a good week and safe travels.”

I have not heard back.

I think the others may be right that he really does care about me and I’m really only wanted by him when it’s convenient for him.

I deleted his number off my phone. I have no expectation of hearing from him, and even if I did - what would be the point?

Thanks for all the help - If you have any ideas of how I could handle the situation to make it so he is really interested and wants to be with me, please let me know - I am going to try to move - which I don’t really know how to do.

On saturday he was out with his guy friends and we were going to hang out after - he txt me at midnight saying he was going to come over, then his phone died…he didn’t leave the bar until 2:30. Said he went upstairs to play Boche Ball - then his friends wanted to go to the strip club but he told them he wanted to go to me. - thats what he told me anyway…so he didn’t get to my place until almost 3am.
