The biggest advantage I know of is that since blogs are web based, if something ever happens to your computer, your writing is safe and not lost.
I agree! That’s the part I like most! Thanks so much for sharing this with me, I like the premise better than anything else I have read. :]
2012-04-09 10:43:54 on How do I get rid of a giant hickey on my neck?
An oil-based concealer is best to cover it up, but taking some table spoons, putting them in the freezer, and then rubbing the convex side in a circle on top of the hickey will help disburse the blood that has risen to the surface. However, remember that a hickey is a bruise, and it’ll hurt.
2012-04-09 10:33:00 on What are the Pros/Cons of having a blog?
To be honest, I’ve always wondered the same thing. I suppose it probably has the same benefits as writing in a journal might have. Other than that, I fail to see what one stands to gain by creating a blog. It shall be interesting to see how others respond.
I have always kept a record of things that I write, but never journal-like. Just collections of poem and mini-stories. While it would be nice to share those with people, I always seem to see terrible responses to stories, poems, blogs, rants. People being cruel. Does this happen as often as it seems?

Thank you very much for this explanation :] It helped a lot!
2012-04-09 10:10:22 on Why does it feel like I’m about to pee when my boyfriend fingers me?
Lol, now that you’ve said that it seems obvious (I did know most of that, apparently I’m having a total space cake day), now I feel a bit stupid for not thinking of it XD
OP - listen to this person ^, far more sensible than me.
No! I’m sorry if it seemed I was being mean, I was really tired and unable to sleep!

Could you maybe elaborate a little bit?
2012-04-08 22:07:16 on Why does it feel like I’m about to pee when my boyfriend fingers me?
Perhaps he’s putting too much pressure on your urethra? If it isn’t too embarrassing for you, could you describe exactly what he’s doing when you get the urge to go?
Pressure on a woman’s urethra would not give someone the urge to pee. More than likely, he is hitting your g-spot, an area at the top (belly side) of your vagina within about 2-5 in inside. This area holds a small sack of fluid which, when pressed upon, can cause the girl to squirt (female ejaculation).
If you don’t like this feeling, try going to the bathroom before you start going at it. Also, sexinfo101.com is a great website for teens and people of all ages to have their questions answered and find out more about sex.
2012-04-08 21:51:50 on Do you have to have parental permission to get your bellybutton pierced if you are under 18?
In most States in the US, yes. Also, even if the state the business is in does not require parental consent in the case you are a minor, most shops require it.
2012-04-08 21:49:26 on ladies i have a question.
To your first question, it is good thinking. It is good to have positive thoughts towards people and always think the best of them. It shows strong character.
To the second question: I’m not sure if the term “real man” really applies here. I think that something like that happening shows that they really love and respect each other…and, in turn, that shows maturity.
Hope this helped!
2012-04-08 21:41:14 on There is this guy who really likes me, but i don’t like him back and he scares me!
Your parents might be mad, but they will want, above all other things, want to keep you healthy, happy, and safe! I urge you to tell your parents and let them into your life now. The older you get, the harder it is to create bridges with them. You obviously feel threatened by him, so tell your parents or a teacher and let them help you.
2012-04-08 21:32:25 on I’m a Mormon and I’m happy to answer questions!
Hey there! I know I’m a little late on the bandwagon, but I saw this post today and was hoping I could still ask a few questions…?
First of all, I want you to know that I am really open to religion too! I was born and raised Jewish, but have been searching and learning about different religions for years now. I even went to a Mormon Church with a friend and her family, so I am very open to other people’s beliefs and views, and thankful to the people that are kind about answering question without putting a “word of G-d” in them.
I also want to thank you for opening your trusting arms to the internet’s questions on something that is very near and dear to you. This means a lot.
From what I understand about the basics of Christianity, and all Christ-based religions, one can only enter the kingdom of G-d (Heaven) by fully accepting not only G-d but Jesus Christ as well. Additionally, there are certain things that can stop you from going to Heaven, or sins, such as killing, stealing, adultery, and the like - correct? And, adding even more, as “Christ-like” people, it is expected to do your best to better your community with acts of kindness and volunteering?
Assuming this statement is correct, I will now ask my big question.
In regards to the Judgement Days, What about the people that accepted Christ and his father but did bad things? And, because both the Bible and the Torah tell us that we are all G-d’s children, what about the wonderful people that always focused on bettering others before themselves? Do they not get to enter the Kingdom of G-d simply because they didn’t accept Jesus as their Savior?
I understad if this is too much, or you do not feel comfortable answering these questions. I hope you have a beautiful day!
2012-04-08 08:01:26 on Does dreaming of my ex mean I miss her?
You’re welcome! I hope everything works out!
2012-04-08 07:59:48 on .
I’m not sure if you have received your answer yet, but here is my two cents:
The only problem I have ever seen with imitation diamonds in rings is that they scratch very easily (you use your hands more than you think you do) and they get dirty in the oddest of places.
Perhaps if you are looking to spend a little less and get a different, but still romantic, look you can think about other precious/semi precious stones? Some of the ones everyone has heard of are Rubies, Sapphires, Emeralds, but Amethyst and Amber are some other opaque colored jewelry that is not as popular. If you want a more stone look, try for agates, or turquise, if they are your taste.
2012-04-08 07:54:26 on Does dreaming of my ex mean I miss her?
If, however, you have been wanting to get back together, the dream was wish-fulfillment: Simply your unconscious telling you and playing you a story that you have been wanting to happen/see/hear.
Remember that it is unwise to enter into a relationship with an ex before you both have time to think deeply about what went wrong- and see if those circumstances have changed.
2012-04-08 07:52:05 on Does dreaming of my ex mean I miss her?
Most of the time, it is the content of the dream that is more important than the people involved. For instance, you dreaming that you are falling in love with you ex again is more likely to mean that you are missing the feeling of falling in love with someone rather than the feeling of being with her.
