  Really it do not matter what kind of drug you are taking, all that matters now is that you have relizied that you have a problem and is ready for help. You already are receiving the help you need, and that is from yourself that is the first step. Now, what I want you to do is get on your knees and ask the good man up above to help you with the next step, and I promise you this much if you truly mean it He will help you. I am not a preacher nor am I a very religious person, I have been through a few things in the past two years that I thought I would not make it through, but I am making it. The only way I have made it is with the help of God, because we can not do some things alone we have to go to Him. Never feel that it is a saying that we are weak, just that we are not able to do it alone, believe me it will be hard for a while, but if you really are ready to get it back together again PLEASE go to God in prayer. I will pray for you also, you have to really want it though. I hope you are really ready. May God Bless and Keep You!!

  You should never skip meals hun, you are only 13 why are you worrying about your weight? I am 41 years old and I never worried about my weight,but this is what I have to say to you. First in the morning when you get up five minutes of running in place, then a good breakfast like a bowl of cheerios and a small fruit and a glass of juice and water, then a good lunch your school should serve a nice lunch, when you get home after school a lite snack until supper. If you have to climb stairs then run them everytime and as often as possible do little tummy tucks(hold your tummy in as long as you can) that really works and when you are home and have nothing else to do lay on the floor, and lift your legs about 5 inches off the floor and hold as long as you can. You will notice results in a few weeks. Remember to Love You no matter what though ok. Have a very good summer and have fun.

  more information, like what that I am almost two months behind in my car payment, and phone will be getting cut off soon or that my dish has already been off for the last past month. what else do you need to know not trying to be a smart behind or nothing like that, but I have tried everything and the most help I have gotten was scams, and I am sick and tired of them. I know that there is someone out there that can help, I am not someone that is on drugs or anything like that. I work I only make 9.03 an hour and get paid every two weeks, I have all kinds of insurance coming out of my check because I am diabetic and have high blood pressure, so after my insurance is taken out I have enough to make my house payment pay my light bill and car insurance. my dish being off that is fine I just need enough to catch my car payment up and pay my phone bill. If anyone can help I will surly appericiate it. Honestly

  my dear friend, I am not a church of no kind, I am a 40 year old black woman, that is just finding God/Jesus. and I am here to tell you that there is a God and Jesus, I pray each and every day to them, they might not come when you need them but they are always on time. you might not think so but they have done something for you that you think you did on your own. for one waking you in the morning, letting you be able to move and dress yourself even having the job you have. we think that we are doing these things ourselves but we are not if it was not for Him and His son we would not be able to do anything. so you should thank Him for all of His blessings and everything Hes has done for you, and all that He has planned for you because He has something planned for you you just to have a litte patience. we all have to learn to wait on the Lord, He works out everything. it is amazing how it has taken me all of this time to see how good God truly is. just keep praying and read your Bible, read the book of Pslams don’t just read the words really read what it is saying and you will feel better, you might know what everything you are reading will mean, but just think about what it is saying or telling you I mean really think and you will understand. God is real and He is always with us, in everything we do feel and say. DO NOT GIVE UP ON GOD HE WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU HE LOVES US.
