• I am not suicidal, but I can’t get it off of my mind.
  

  I have a friend who used to actively cut, and almost drowned herself once. She’s over it now (thank goodness!!) because she’s found help in friends. One thing I think is keeping her from true happiness is her inability to tell her parents. It may not seem like a good idea now to worry your mom, but in the long term, it is best to be comfortable with sharing your life with her so that your relationship won’t be crippled by secrets. Even if you don’t tell her about the effects your depression (although you should), at least talk to her about what bothers you.If you don’t trust your psychiatrist, it might be a good idea to switch. Even if it seems like your psychiatrist is the only one who really understand your history, in the long run, if you don’t feel you can trust him, it will be more detrimental to keeping you mentally healthy than restarting with a new doctor. And remember that your sister and mom are being nice to you because they care about you. There’s nothing more to it. Please try to stay positive, and remember that life goes on.

  Then you’ve got something. So whatever pulled you guys apart last November, it might be a good idea to make sure it won’t happen again. Either way, it would still be a good idea to make clear the status of your relationship with him. Make sure he understands. And good luck, because he sounds irresistible!

  Try working with him to organize his stuff and agreeing on disposing some of it. If he’s really stubborn, just make it clear there was a reason the stuff was thrown out anyway.Scare him with statistics about germs and such, He’ll get the idea.

  It seems to me like he’s in denial too. Talk to him. You need to set boundaries somewhere. Because what if he’s seeing other people? If that thought bothers you, then you definitely need to figure things out.
