She can get into them - I just logged in and her and there is nothing wrong with her shouts. :)

Yeah, I can leave her a shout, but apparently she can’t get into them. I don’t know what’s going on. She’s apparently been having trouble with them for a while now, but I don’t know if it’s help.com or her not doing something right.

Either way, I left her a shout. Eventually they will work again I suppose and she can read it then.
